Lin brings over 18 years of in-depth experience in the automotive industry, having worked in both Tier 1 suppliers and OEM environments. Originally from China, she spent 14 years building her expertise there before relocating to Germany in 2019, where she continues to contribute to the automotive sector.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics and a Master’s degree in Economics, which underpin her strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Throughout her career, Lin has led B2B initiatives in strategic marketing, business planning, market intelligence, and corporate communications.
Today, Lin heads CBI’s business liaison for China, where she leverages her multicultural working style, structured mindset, and passion for strategic development to support cross-border cooperation. With a strong result-driven and customer-focused approach, she is known for her ability to align international teams, identify opportunities, and deliver measurable impact.
