Hans-Peter Musahl

Hans-Peter is supporting businesses across Europe and Japan as a portfolio CFO and Cross Border Solutions’s legal and tax counsel.

He serves Rovalma as the Metal Additive Manufacturing Division CFO Designate, overseeing the additive manufacturing carve-out.

In parallel, he is leading finance functions in large-scale renewable infrastructure, notably Photovolt Development Partner’s submission of Europe’s to date largest solar power project Botley West (1.2 GWp) with planning permission expected in May 2026. 

Prior to his role in energy, Hans-Peter was a tax partner at EY and a German international multidisciplinary law firm.
